Frank Lee, founder
Frank has spent more than 20 years in New Zealand's building industry. He started on the tools as a builder, then lectured at Unitec. In 2011 he founded Riversview, and he leads the studio as a Licensed Building Practitioner (Design).
That background shapes everything we do. Frank knows how a house goes together on site, so our designs are practical to build, straightforward to price and ready for consent.
Lin, architectural designer
Lin brings a sharp eye for detail and a calm, organised approach to every project. She works closely with Frank on design development, consent documentation and client coordination.
